When you smell rotten food, you know it’s not beneficial for your body. The same applies to energy—people, places, and things. Trust your gut response; it is the Godhead within you, and it knows what’s aligned and what is not. It knows what’s in your best interest and what is not.
A simple practice of tuning more and more into your intuition is BEING AWARE AND FEELING and noticing how your body responds to specific energy fields.
Does your body close up, tighten, and say “NO”? Or does your heart smile and say, “YES!”?
The more you can PAUSE AND FEEL, the answer will come to you, and it always comes as a direct feeling. The less we go to our minds for guidance but return over and over again to our heart and gut knowing, the more we can operate in Conscious Flow, and doubt can no longer snag us. From that natural and intuitive space, you will begin to vibrate into your most authentic and loving expression, which is a blessing and a service to all.
